By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. What you're buying
mojo-rbx sells digital Roblox account credentials delivered instantly after payment confirms. Accounts are provided as-is. We do not guarantee any specific account age, inventory, cosmetics, or balance unless explicitly stated on the product.
2. Payment
We accept cryptocurrency, credit/debit/prepaid cards, Cash App, and PayPal. Card and Cash App payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal; we never see or store your card details. For crypto, the amount shown at checkout is locked for the order window based on live exchange rates, and you are responsible for sending the exact amount from a wallet you control, including any network fees on your side.
3. Delivery
Credentials are released automatically once your payment is confirmed (on-chain for crypto, or by the payment processor for card, Cash App, and PayPal). Delivery is shown on the order page and accessible later via Order Lookup using your order ID. Keep your order ID safe. It's the only way to re-access your credentials.
4. Refunds
All sales are final once accounts are delivered. The only exception: if your payment confirms but stock was exhausted before delivery, the order is flagged as failed and you are entitled to a full refund. Contact support with your order ID.
5. No warranty
Accounts may be subject to moderation actions by Roblox outside our control. We are not liable for bans, locks, or any loss arising from your use of delivered accounts after delivery.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
